Conventionally, CB (cement ventonite) mortar and air mortar have been used for filling the gaps during the secondary lining of pipe jacking and shield tunneling methods, as well as for sealing and filling existing discarded pipes.
We have developed 'TM300zero®' as an alternative filler.
The following are some of the properties that may be required for the filling material:
(1) It must have adequate fluidity in terms of filling properties.
(2) The volume contraction and bleeding rate are extremely low.
(3) Low heat of hydration during curing.
(4) It must have a moderate solidification strength (approximately 1.0 N/mm2).
The filling material that satisfies these requirements is 'TM300zero®'.
