When excavating highly adhesive (cohesive) cohesive soil using the earth pressure balance shield tunneling method, the cohesive soil may adhere in clumps to the cutter bit or chamber of the excavator, causing a sudden increase in cutter torque and thrust, which can significantly reduce excavation efficiency.
Furthermore, during soil removal, there is a higher possibility of problems such as increased pressure on the screw conveyor or blockage.
To resolve these issues, we developed "Clean SP-High Flow" with the aim of reducing the adhesion of cohesive soil.
Furthermore, by using it in combination with our high-performance dispersant "SARARI," it is possible to reduce the adhesion of cohesive soil in a shorter time and improve excavation efficiency.
